He is doin da best he can. Actually he supported wut i said. He said the org is boring if i is boring. Then he pretty much said i is boring later on in the thread. I jus stepped in, if da whole org is depending on me they have a serious problem. In the past they never needed me to make da org exciting. They did it on their own.

But see.. I'm already a contrarian. So when reverse psychology is used, I can end up doing exactly the reverse of what the reverse psychology was supposed to get me to do.
