I don't think the issue is in divination, but in the level in which your friend is losing herself in it. Personally, I don't know that I believe Tarot cards "hold the secrets" of the future, but I think they can be used therapeutically to lend symbolic insight to how one percieves one's own life, and how they project the course of their futures. I use Tarot sometimes, but it's more of an exercise than trying to peer into the future. I guess I'm saying there can be a healthy use for them, but if your friend thinks she's Miss Cleo, she might want to consider a moment or two of clarity.
