here's what I do with a migraine, which I get quite often.

1. Take at least 400 mgs of Advil, Ibuprofen, Motrin, whatever the hell you want to call it.
2. Run the bath water as hot as you can comfortable stand it. Plug up the tub.
3. Strip down, and lay in the rising water, eyes closed, resting your head underneath the faucet so that the hot water pummels down on your forehead and temples. If you warm up your body in the rising bathwater, the blood will run from your head into the other body parts.
4. Stay there for a good while. It's sort of a waste of water, but it feels SO GOOD, I'd recommend it to anyone who needed to unwind. It's like a mini massage.

Works every time I get a headache, and I get really BAD ones.
