depends on how it was worked into the date...if it was like, "hey, look what i have - a coupon!" i'd just be like, 'hey, that's great' but if it was like, "hey, we HAVE to go to this restaurant cuz i can get your dinner for free, i hope you like steak", i think we'd have to have a talk.

Y'know, that's an interesting question. When I was younger, I might have said, "Yuck, what a loser". But as I get older, I appreciate frugality and consider it a sign that someone is trying to be financially secure. So, no, I wouldn't mind at all.

I'd only think less of him if he then made me pay full price for my half of the bill. Share the love, man. . .share the love.

On the first date I am not sure how I would react.

I used to date a guy that used coupons all the time. We also would go shoot pool on Weds cause it was half price for the ladies (me). He wasnt too bad about it and would take me where ever I wanted to eat - but it would definately be a bonus if he had a coupon. "We can go to the Olive Garden tonight, but remember I have that coupon to Applebees so lets use that before it expires" But he didnt start that on the first date.
