How Much Has Your Weight Changed since High School?

How much have you Added or stayed the same? How have your Eating habits changed and do you feel Society or T.V has influenced you on your eating habits?

I'm 31 now and I've always weighed within about five pounds of my high school weight. I still eat anything I want.

I should probably improve my diet, though. My weight is fine, but I suspect I eat far too much sugar, too little water, too few essential vitamins, etc.

My weight has stayed about the same. I usually fluctuate with about 5 pounds or so..

I've lost a bit of weight since high school. Maybe about half a stone or so. (That's what, about 7 pounds i think for all you non-stoners).

In highschool I weighed 140. After highschool I became anorexic and weighed 80 lbs. Upon eating again, I couldn't stop and weighed 180#. Now, I have taken up working out and eating whatever I want in reasonable quantities and I weigh - surprise - 140!

Big girls? I got junk in my trunk and I am not thin, but I wear a size 6. I don't think that's awful. Is it?

I've gotten much thinner. Pretty much all from cutting soda out of my diet. I was a fucking junkie on the stuff.

This thread is kind of funny because obviously most of the people that have gained a lot of weight are staying away. MOST people have gained a considerable amount of weight since High School and only a couple of people have posted such on this thread.

I actually have lost weight also but I became a distance runner so it was bound to happen.

I've gone from about 150 in HS to 170 now. I guess that's not too bad for a 15 year time span. I blame it on having a desk job. Having a really good chinese buffet close by doesn't help, either. razz

I have become a bit indulgent and put on two stone since I left school. I'm quite fit but not as I used to be. I'm going to take more exercise though.

Same here. I decided to get a little more fit and start jogging after my nights at work. Jogging around at midnight is really peaceful especially where I live. The family dog needs more excercise, too. I was actually outrunning him and ended up taking him off his leash because he was holding me back.
