I guess we could dispute the existence of death if we dispute the concept of reality. If I don't really exist then I can't really die, so maybe there are no undisputed truths at all.

Same here! One of the things I love about the Matrix (the film) is that it makes one question the nature of reality, well it makes me question the nature of reality anyway.

Assuming that reality is what we take it to be at face value, then I'm pretty sure the Rocky's exist, cos a bit of one of them fell on my car and made a very real dent. I also fell down part of another Rocky while looking at dinosaur footprints. The pain was real, as was the blood and torn clothing.

But on a more serious note, have you looked into quantum theory at all ? Reality gets very questionable when you get down into the nuts and bolts, so to speak.
