What things do you bite or suck, you arent supposed to?

I am biting and sucking the cord on my jogging pants right now..

ok...ffs...do you bite your nails, suck on a biro, etc etc...do I have to spell it out for you??

Sucking is more my forte.

I bite the inside of my mouth sometimes, when i'm thinking.
