Okay I'll go first... Slap Me Again - I Love It! Cast: Cecilia Roth, Penelope Cruz, Spagna, Lola Garcia, Maria Garcia, Corrina Garcia, Andy Garcia Director: Pedro Almodovar Synopsis: Hilarious Almodovar comedy featuring a priest with a cocaine habit, a bank-heist gone wrong and a bored housewife who accidentally stumbles into an S&M club whilst on her way to the hospital to have a hysterectomy. The subtext between the the sexual pleasure derived from kinky sex and Roth's increasing fear of her impending hysterectomy, is both thought-provoking and camp as Christmas.

Mindless
Cast: Meryl Streep, Ray Liotta, Keanu Reeves, James Earl Jones Director: Ron Howard Soundtrack: Includes 'Head' by Prince, 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow' by Eva Cassidy and 'Too Tired To Fuck' by The Dead Kennedys. Synopsis: Whilst in bed one night, WASPy scientist couple Streep and Liotta are distured by burglar, Keanu Reeves. Liotta goes downstairs to shoot the intruder, but accidentally shoots Streep in her head (she had followed him downstairs). After a year in a coma and a frontal lobotomy, Streep is a vegetable confined to a wheelchair. Unbelievably, even though she only has half her brain left, she learns to communicate a la Stephen Hawkin, via an old Speak & Spell, Liotta finds in the attic. This is one accent that Streep could never master in a million years. Brain specialist James Earl Jones arrives at their home after reading of Streep's remarkable recovery in the local paper. What Streep hasn't told anybody is that the brain damage has also given her psychic abilities! She takes it upon herself to track Keanu Reeves down (because she can see through his eyes, yadda, yadda)... Is James Earl Jones all that he seems? Would you trust somebody who sounds like Darth Vader? What strange experiments was her husband working on in his science lab? Has he experimented on his wife in some way? Was the shooting really an accident? Is Keanu Reeves really Liotta's secret gay lover? Oh shit - I've given the ending away.
