so you're taking hormonal supplements (birth control) known to be powerful mood affectors and you're not eating right (diet) which is also something that will affect your mood.
methinks you're probably feeling the effects of your current lack of food (electrolyte imbalance) and the synthetic hormones. btw, 5'6" and 120 is not fat, dear. | |

Try cutting down on your caffiene intake, or cut it out altogether...just see if this works  | |
