Actually, I am going to be getting married to my girlfriend someday soon - she is American and I'm Australian - so that we can live in the same country permanently.

I suppose if there was a reason to do so. I don't see the point though in most cases. Marriage is just a business contract though, so if it was good for business, them maybe. | |

Vanessa Williams and Rick Fox maybe? Vanessa lives in NYC and Rick in LA and they've been married a few years and have a child as well. Duh, of course you can.  | |

I think I could be married to someone if a differnt city, same state. But not a different state, or country (hell no)). I would have to be a fool to get married, or really, really, really be in love with this person.  | |

very true! plus you don't know if for example you are a guy and supposedly chatting to "HotCaliforniaBabe" when it's really an OldAlabamaGuy eh? eh? or what if you are talking to like a crazy person? I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.
