I guess by now we all feel like we know quite a bit about each other. After all, this forum is filled with detailed questions about our favorite drinks, our pet peeves, even our pets. But you know what? Maybe there's something we haven't said about ourselves. Take me for instance... think you know what I'm like? But I bet you didn't know that....

1. I love the King of Queens. My favorite episode is the one where Arthur, Doug and Carrie go to the psychiatrist. And I always have my eyes on the guy with the tank top picking fruits in the opening credits.

2. I am filled with self-doubt. Take this thread -- right now, I'm sure it will bomb.

3. I don't like pancakes. I don't even like cake. So now you know why I never played too much on the IHOP threads.

4. I'm messy. I still basically live like I did in college -- in fact, I was probably more orderly back then. Which is why I bought the Chocolate Invasion and the Slaughterhouse -- I just don't have the courage to look in my collection of barely labelled CD-rs.

5. I can't bring myself to truly dislike anyone. Yeah, I may not act like it all the time, but deep down, even the people that tick me off end up being endearing somewhow.

If you already knew all of this, then tell me, and I'll replace it with something you didn't know.

Now tell me -- what is it that people don't know about you?

1) I'm a big ol' fan of "The Avengers" TV show.
2) I love to cook, especially baking cakes & brownies.
3) I enjoy long walks on the beach.
4) I'd much rather chill out than watch the game on TV.

1.) A drawing of mine was shown on MTV's "Fade To Black" by Todd 1 back in 1992, and he mentioned my name. I was kissing up to try and get an autograph from Mary J Blige cuz I knew she was going to appear on the show soon. They sent me a T-Shirt instead.

2.) I bring a camera EVERYWHERE I go. Yes, everywhere... I don't always get to use it, but it's with me.

3.) This is me at a very early age...



4.) I was arrested in Pittsburgh in 1998 and charged with disorderly conduct.

5.) I can't do a cartwheel.

6.) I was given my Last Rights shortly after I was born. I had breathing problems when I was born and they didn't think I would live.

1) My nails can grow up to a cm long when i take good care of 'em
2) I used to chase my class mates around wearing plastic fangs when i was eight
3) While i do start a lot of "food threads"...i'm actually quite fussy!!

1. I'm into acting/dramatics/theatre, and I've been in two full-length feature films (one was a major realease, the other an indie flick) and several shorts films.

2. I'm the only Black man I know that's only been with Black women (which is odd because I adore all women) WOMEN!!

3.I'm into photography and would like to receive formal training at it! (looking into this right now)

4.I'll be a procrastinator til the die I die!

1.I love books and to read so much that I read through an entire set of encyclopedias and and at one point was going to become a librarian
2. I'm not quite 21 years old (seems obvious but even people who know me in real life don't realize this)
3. I almost signed a record deal at 15 (decided not to because I did not wish to be a pop cookie cutter)
4. I read comic books and play video games.
5. I don't don't know how to whistle, drive, or ride a bike.

1) I have a very good singing voice. You may compare it to Stevie Wonder/Lionel Richie or that style... I was picked up on an independent label in San Diego once... at one time was involved in three bands at the same time.

2) I can draw quite well and have won numerous contests with my drawings.

3) I was/am addicted to crystal meth, but haven't touched it (or any drug) in almost nine years.

4) I was an incredible NERD in grammar school, but bloomed in jr. high and exploded in high school - voted "most talented" of my senior class.

5) Although I have tried most drugs available to man, sans smack or x, I have never smoked cigarettes.

1. I like Lego's. When I was 21 I got very ill and had to stay home for weeks. When the 15 y/o boy I used to babysit come to visit me, he said, why not play with yer old Lego's. We had so much fun that my mum sneaked out and bought me a Lego trainset.

3. I have two faces. Which means I have violent moodswings. I can be happy and sad in about two seconds. When I am really sad, I just close myself off and let no one touch me. This canbe very hard for friends and family. But when I am good I am good.
I am in this very weird area of sadnes and grief after having lost my mother, but now am getting used to life without her and feel happy and hopeful.

4. I can love with unbelievable depth. Once I love someone, it's hard for me to stop loving them, even when they hurt me. That's why If I Was Your Girlfriend 's line Would U Run 2 Me If Somebody Hurt U Even If That Someone Was Me touches me so deeply.

5. I wish I could force Prince to play all the songs I want to hear on this tour, like Old Friends 4 Sale ('85 version) and Private Joy.
Also I want to hear him sing the lyrics to The Ball (not Crystal Ball) over the beat of Life O' The Party as feautured on the album. The non live beat. I looped this beat and I just want to shout BALL! on the beat of that drum.

I have loads of threads that have only ONE post. But as long as that post is by someone you like/love or by a person that makes sense, it is already a successful thread in my eyes.
