It's so exhausting...   ... 
~and I have to work at the hospital in the morning... The patients will be so happy to see me. 
I am rarely ever sick. I will hopefully sleep it off... with tons of liquids.  | |

 I can't sleep... I slept for 7 hours already. That day I stayed up 48 hrs. really did me in... I think. I have only stayed up for 48 hrs. straight one or two other times in my life. I have such an aching

I took some Tylenol Cold Daytime tablets... earlier.  Went to lunch with my sister after the seminar... the whole time... while having this pounding headache. I don't believe I have had such a head cold this long.
I diagnose it as a cold... at least until that green slim mucus comes , which I don't have. Then and only then (added with that bronchitis cough) will I go get on antibotics.
Viral colds... are something you need to let run their course, with plenty of sleep and lots of fluids. Not much else you can do... but drug yourself with over the counter medication, which I have none at the time.

Forgive me... for I am not quite myself. Should I make some coffee and hang out for awhile. Hmm... maybe some tea instead.
By the way... that is the problem with working in the hosptial and with the cancer patients. Many are Neutropenic patients (low white blood count), which lowers their immune system. They usually have a note on their door which warn any incomers... No one with colds No fresh vegetable, fruit or flowers... Wear a mask if one enters... Wash hand before and after leaving room... So... in saying that, I just might take a different floor and be washing my hands like crazy... Anyways... thanks for hearing me out as well... can you tell I can't sleep. And you are not invisible... don't even joke about that.
