Just wondering if any of you have fallen into this habit. People kiddingly say that it's okay to talk outloud to yourself, as long as you don't answer yourself too.

No need to be embarrassed, I do it too. It's okay when you're by yourself, but if someone comes into the room and hears you, they tend to give you a strange look like this:
