i've been with freeserve for a while...but now i'm moving house. i need a broadband service with a smaller minuimum contract .sick of the "12 month" business

I'm surprised you even found one offering minimum 3 month contract. I'd guess that the majority of them are 1 year minimum.

Now if you were in Ireland I would direct you to http://www.broadband.gov.ie A great little site that details all the Ireland providers. But you're not, so I won't.

yeah i was looking at pipex today.

i got 2 options now:

i transfer my account to my new address. just pay the £25 reconnection.
it does mean i have to start the 12months again..but hey if i move..i just transfer again

keep the freeserve connection in my old addy..change the name of the person (thats only if the person here wants broadband. but its does mean them getting a new pc)


get pipex at my new addy. they charge £59 for cancelling b4 the year is up.
