Question 4 the ladies... So, let's say you're in your mid-thirties, have had a couple of kids, and
the "pooch" is starting to happen...ever so slightly. Do u consider wearing a girdle? Some of the latest ones don't appear to be too bulky, and look like they'd do wonders for the figure... I'm not talking about wearing them everyday, but maybe with a dress or those spandex pants. "This guy I know" is apprehensive about how to broach the subject with his girl. Should this be brought up at all? Or is this one of those personal decisions that's better left unapproached? Would the latest model be an appropriate gift? Is he just being insensitive? Help me help him. BTW, we like hearty girls...it's just a question about appearance. Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

A man should always accept his women for who she is and no for what he wants her to be. A little meat on a women never hurt nobody.....maybe she feels comfortable with herself. Self confidence is priceless

I agree, self confidence is key, she's got no problem with that, but
she complains about the pooch...I think of it as a way to mask the problem until she commits herself to losing it. (I guess the cats out of the bag). Sometimes buying a "beauty product" for your women may not be the right thing to do. She may take offense to it. Making a women mad, may lead to getting less or no KITTY, KITTY for a while

Ex-Moderator | No man should ever, EVER buy a girdle for his woman.
However, a sexy corset could be fun. |

However, a sexy corset could be fun. That sounds like a good solution to me If you buy her a girdle she's gonna punch yo ass out BUT if it's something sexy for the bedroom & she's into it, maybe she'll see how flattering her figure can be w/ something like that on & she'll be encouraged to enhance it in clothes as well. Although, if she cared you'd think she'd already wear the damn thing I dunno, you might still get knocked the fuck out Good luck! When you go to buy the corset pick up a mouth guard

buying her a girdle or even mentioning the word girdle is a bad idea. she will hate you. if she brings it up just shrug your shoulders and make some noncommital man sound. If the "pooch" is bothering her enough, she'll take care of it herself. just love her.

I agree, John. She most likely wants to know that her man loves her and thinks she's sexy regardless of the tummy. The best thing is to help her feel confident and loved...an offer of a girdle FOR SURE will NOT do that.

Yeah, if he has a tummy himself he is in no position to make any comment himself - my husband has learned that very quickly (his is much bigger than mine and I'm pregnant!).
