I am delirious... should I play it? Last day of...  Student Teaching today!!!
I am so mixed.  (I will miss the children) 
I haven't gone to sleep yet... I have been working on my portfolio for hours, it is due this morning. If I was in fact sleeping (sounds weird talking about myself and I am right here)  ... I would be waking in two hours. What to do.  | |

I definitely think you should play the tune, have a little dance and then get back to the portfolio.

I have done all I can do for now... I have quite a bit of stuff. I have already zipped it up and placed in on the table.
My computer room is a cyclone... years of stuff everywhere.  It is all flashing before me.  You know... I am going to play Delirious right now, that's exactly what I need. | |

Prioritize! Get your portfolio done first!! Then get as much rest as possible, before enjoying your last day with your kids! 
Damn, of course you're gonna miss those children Freespirit but I tell you what.... the children are probably gonna miss you more!

No, I don't think I will be getting any sleep until after I return home... then I can sleep for two days if I want. 
I pulled out more boxes... and found more items to put in my portfolio. Memory lane.

Awe (today)
Well... I have completed my hours.   So tired I can't smile... after being awake nearly 24 hours. (just kidding I can manage one) It was a beautiful day... full of emotion, but beautiful just the same. Now... I jump into work full-time at the hospital beginning this weekend. 
Also, the class is going to the Science Center next week for their field trip... of course I promised to meet them there. I am a sucker...  , plus it made my good-bye today easy.  It is not over yet... nor should it ever be. | |

I them... what a great experience it is... relating on a real level with children. Believe it or not... I am a strict teacher.  They love me... , what else can top unconditional and respect. Nothing... I say.
Thanks all ... this day has been a long time in coming. I need a long HOT shower... some comfy sweats and a white Hanes T-shirt. 
I think I will study Marine Biology or Environmental Biology next...
