I just got back from the store... I love my cup of coffee in the morning. Although I love my coffee creamer just the same. Mmm... Hazelnut and Cinnamon Vanilla.

So... I venture into the store and always start with the vegetable/fruit department. The grapes looked juicy and ripe, the bananas... always a hit and the tomatoes...

Then I had to buy some Q-tips, I have been out for a week... water in the ears...

I bought some bread, eggs (cage free... FREE the chickens)

Although... then... I went down the frozen section and I.....

bought some OREA MINT Ice Cream (Breyers)...

but then.... as I was placing all items for purchase.... I bought....

Mind, body and spirit FITNESS magazine.

Which way should I go...

Ice cream or fitness?



I say both!

I say ice cream.

Eating ice cream is exercise in a way - all that lifting the spoon to the mouth.

Screw it and just have a meatball hero!

~By the way... I just did a spoon lift crunch. That ice cream is YUMMY! I rarely eat ice cream... but I am so in the mood.

Time to make some coffee...

It is a gorgeous day today... currently it is 75 degrees, nice breeze... clear skies and the birds are singing beautifully.

I have all my windows open and doors... now I could use just the right music. Then my start of day is set.

Them thangs are so tasty, I hit a KK store last year, visiting my buddy in NC for his wedding. Right around the corner from my hotel was a KK, and they even served frozen coffee drinks!!

It sure is (come over)... I keep opening the freezer taking a few spoonfuls at at time... , then I continue with my house cleaning/organizing day. Those spoonfuls are adding up. After, I will read the Fitness magazine and get in touch with my physical self.

Actually I think I will just do myself a favor... and pull out the sugar cones and just get the whole ordeal over... no sense in dragging this on...
