1. My father was robbed and murdered in January 1982 during a massive snow storm. His body was found 2 days later on the same street as our apartment but no one could see his body because of the tall snow drifts. My mother was only 20 at the time, I was 2.

2. I went to Catholic school from grade 4-12 (and I am still recovering).I breifly went to highschool with r&b singer Dwele, and one of basketball star Chris Webber's younger brothers.

3. As a child, I was so painfully shy that I was afraid to speak to ANYONE on the telephone that I didnt know. I couldnt even work up enough courage to order a pizza (via telephone) until I was 13.

4. I flunked out of my freshman year in college (1998) and in 2001, earned an associates degree in exercise science with a perfect 4.0 gpa. I am a huge Pistons fan.

5. I havent eaten at McDonalds since 1994 but first job was at McDonalds in 1996.

6. In November 2000 (pre-NPGMC) I spent exactly 24 hours camping out for Prince's Hit and Run Tour.

7. I had oral sex for the first time when I was 16 (1995) and it was with another man.

8. I love trivia games and mindless factoids.

9. I hate going to funerals. My great grandma passed away in September 2002 and I did not go to the funeral.

10. I love cartoons from the 1980s (Voltron, Transformers, Inspector Gadget, M.A.S.K.,Thundercats, SilverHawks, Smurfs, He-Man, etc )

1. i love the color red, painted my living room that color and i LOVE it.

Some of you already know lots about me, but here are some things I hardly tell people...

1. I was once homeless for 4-5 months simply by choice and was forced to sleep in the snow plenty of times.

2. I had my first child at the age of 16 and spent 3 years being beaten on a daily basis by my husband at the time. Yes, I was married at 16.

3. I have been the victim of rape more than once. I hate telling people that, but felt compelled to do so.

4. Although I can't spell to save my life, I have a BA in English and plan to earn a PhD in English, specializing in Medieval Studies.

5. I have a HORRIBLE temper and sometimes people mistake my temper as me being a nut ball... I get so angry that my chest hurts.

6. (I know this is extra, but...) I know tons of people and do have opportunity to meet friends, chat on the phone or what have you, but for some reason, I simply prefer to be alone, then I complain of lonliness. makes no sense. People are so mean and I have no patience so I tend to get really upset when others are around. Maybe that's why I can become very nasty in the chat when others annoy the hell outta me. I am hardly that way in person. Actually, I can be very sweet. A little contradictory, isn't it?
