Breast Implants I've wanted to get breast implants for many years now, but for one reason or another I've never gotten to the point of actually going through with it. My biggest fear is that I will have one burst or I will loose nipple sensation (sorry, but that is a HUGE deal to me).
Those of you here who have the implants, do you regret getting them at all? If so, why? I'm thinking about actually going through with this sometime later in the year, or early next year, but I'm scared to death! I don't want anything too big, maybe an increase of a cup size... just something to make me more proportionate, since I am a girl with hips (unfortunately I can't chisel the bone away) and a smaller waist... my lack of boobage makes me look like a child in certain dresses. How painful is it, really? On a scale of 1-10... ten being the worst. And, what about scars? | |

My opinion would be that you should not do it. I personally don't like fake breasts and I think a girl looks much better with small breasts no matter how hippy. I've seen pictures of you and you are naturally beautiful so I would suggest you just play the hand that God dealt you because it's a winner.
But that said I'm going to get peck implants because I'm tired of those damn bench presses that don't even seem to work for me  | |

Of course, anymore, twelve year olds look older than their age anyway (what's going on with that?!) What I don't want is to regret it. I don't want any of the things mentioned above to happen, nor do I want that one look that I've noticed some people get with them. You know... in porn, if the girl is on her knees and there's that wrinkle look on the sides... I don't want that. Some girls don't seem to have that. I dunno... And, pec implants! Sheesh! NO!
If I could bench press or do something to grow some fat in my chest, trust me... I'd be working out like a mad-man! | |

Azure, you need to do what is best for you... In my very humble opinion Natural is so much prettier. Well, I don't want to be known for my boobies. I just want clothing to fit better, silly! I like what I have. They're cute and perky. I just need a little more to fill out certain clothes, that's all. I wouldn't want them like... PA-POW in your face big, so that if someone looked at me all they saw were my boobs. In fact, a few years back I took those booby-growing pills.  They worked! It was painful when they, uuuh, grew... and I hit the perfect size to wear certain outfits... but, once you stopped poppin' the pills they shrunk back down to normal.
Chicken patties are also an option, and I used those for a while, too. But, they get all sweaty next to my skin and if you're out dancing there's always that fear of them ploppin' out onto the dance floor. | |

Since you're stating it's just a matter of filling out a few select outfits, let me just say that the right bra does wonders. Really. I had a friend in a similar situation, and we improved her look in a matter of one shopping trip and me teaching her how to wear her bra correctly. (Not to mention how much more inexensive and less intrusive than the implants.) Have you tried bust-enhancing bras? I'm a D cup and I still wear them once in a while cause I like having fun with the shape (like 50's style bullet bras) and to get the perfect cleavage for a low-cut shirt. |

Yes... bust-enhancing bras are wonderful! They work well for certain shirts and things! I guess I just really want to wear sun-dresses... strapless dresses and not have it look funky on me. I don't know... look like a woman in a sundress and risk health problems or just don't wear those types of clothes. Grrr... A woman that I know has them and she is 55 now. She recently went in to get one "repaired". That's all she said, I don't know what happened. But, she went all out when she got her's years ago and got rather large ones and they look funny. She showed me pictures of them from when she was younger and first had them done and they looked very nice and natural. Now that she's gotten older they look like an implant stuck up under her skin and they feel just like that. She has that ripple effect that I was talking about not wanting and she claims she didn't have that years ago, just age has brought that along. I don't know... the cons out-weigh my pro's... but it's sooooo tempting. I try to justify buying them by thinking that sooo many people have gotten them and they're okay, you know? What's a few CC's added to mine... but then this all hits me and I freak out and think... NOooooo.... I can't do it! | |

Oooooh... did you see in the beginning of the show where they show someone getting work on their nose and they are ramming something under the skin... over and over?! THAT grossed me out! The two that I saw had breast surgery done. Both were a little larger than I would want and both looked extrememly painful. I wonder... when they shove that breathing thing down your throat do they knock ya out first or do they make you swallow that thing while you're awake? If it's the latter, I couldn't even get the surgery in the first place because I'd never make it beyond that point. | |

I had to purchase one last summer for a wedding I was in and the dress had spaghetti straps (could also be worn with strapless, obviously) and the first one I tried on had lots of padding and holy cow! were they huge. |

Pllleeeeeaaaase! well erm....they had really long faces and it wasnt totally possible..(even the doctor told them).but one them got the cheek implants,and chin implants and he had a little bit of the look....but overall their natural look was way to different to look like him. ....the girl that was the britney impersonator had the best breast job i think.
