You could have a localised partial abdominal hernia. I doubt it though, if you consider that it hurts less if you sit up. Have you been bending/squatting/walking more than usual?

Or... It could be strangulation of the testes. The tubes inside your testicles (the vas deferens) can actually get tangled or blocked. This could be very serious if blood flow is restricted to the testicles - they could actually "die" if starved of oxygen. Are your testicles a different colour - Do they look more purple than usual? Can you feel any swelling? Do the testicles actually look larger or feel "heavier" than usual? Do they feel hyper-sensitive when you touch them?

Can you feel any lumps or swelling? You may have cysts either on the testes or tubes. If so, its fairly painless to get these drained.

Don't wait until Tuesday. Get into a cab and go to an emergency room now!!!
