Runners are freaks.

I started running (read: mostly walking) last night. OH YEAH, I FELT GREAT. I had a pain in my pelvic area, a headache, and my legs hurt. I felt like garbage, if garbage had a pain in its side.

I can't wait to do it again tonight.

You should start running first thing in the morning. That way you get all of the ailments you list above, plus you feel nauseous because your stomach is crying out for food.

Also try running in new shoes so that you get blisters, and not urinating when you get out of bed so you get the old bladder pain too.

I was hurt for a while, but I'm back to running almost everyday and it's great. Still haven't gone further then 7 miles, but I'm feeling great.

blackcherry, if you knew anything about big tatas, you'd know not to recommend just a sports bra. lol

Those shits don't support the stacked ladies. You'll get a black eye going up or down a staircase!!

I totally agree with you. Swimming is so much better on the joints and is a lot less extreme. I also get tired out from running.

yeah i agree too, swimming is a much better discipline
running puts extra strain on the joints
although that bouncing tata thang sounds kinda interesting

Watch out how many miles you put in. It takes the weight off tremendously. And alternate the type of ground you run on (grass, road, beach) All pavement running will tear those knees and shins up.
I will do today what you won't, so tomorrow I can do what you can't.

I hate fluffy kittens more than i hate you. And i like fluffy kittens.

No pain, no gain, right? So i figured more pain, more gain. Cruel to be kind? I figured very cruel to be very kind.

Last time I went for a jog it started snowing and it kinda put me off. When I left the house it just started as I jogged back up my drive about ten minutes later it was 2 inches deep! lol
JaneyPoos used to be it... then they changed what it was. Now what I am isn't it and what is it is strange and frightening to me...

Hmmm. I'm not sure - and it might require several efforts - the first kiss never results in a prince charming.

Many, many efforts in fact. With Kylie there filming it all on a camcorder.
