No no no, you shouldn't be eating such unhealthy food at such hours! There is absolutely no need for a snack, let alone a complete meal, before you go to sleep and you definitely should avoid anything with excessive amounts of animal fat and wheat in it. Gab a piece of cucumber or something and a glass of water instead.
