what is the most shocking thing you've ever seen on tv?

my answer would haave to be the treatment of this current 'scandal'. i am shocked by the big deal over nothing.

The most shocking thing I've ever seen on television is probably the same thing most people would say. I don't even wanna say what it is, for fear of being a humongous major downer.

cop rock...anybody remember that show, it only had like one episode before it got cancelled.

I guess to pick from the second category (just to keep it light), I would have to say the whole Lewinskygate mess was the biggest media shock I've encountered. Though don't get me wrong - I kinda miss having a president who is synonymous with blowjobs and cum-stained clothes.

3. Friends actually getting away with depicting a New York w/out minorities...

4. Twin Peaks Episode when Leland smashes a certain someone's face into a mirror

5. This one was recent: The guy who shot his lawyer in the face four times and the guy was able to walk away and hide behind a tree...

Actually, in Friends, Joey is Italian (or part Italian). Also, Joey and Ross fought over an African-American girl that moved in.
