And in "School Of Rock"... and "Toys" she made me cry in that one. my all time favorite Joan moment was in "In & Out" when she's in the wedding dress in the bar and is eating the peanuts while Tom Sellek is talking. it's about the most subtley hilarious acting i have ever seen. the one and only time i have ever gotten in the middle of a show after doing my first number in "the Rocky Horror show"
and when we performed Ibsen's "Peer Gynt" at the state level of one act play contest and didn't take bows, and the audience gave a standing ovation to the curtain. it's an actor thing. audience usually only give standing ovations at the end of musicals. these were two very rare occurances Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely. - Lord Acton | |
