Sadly, I am too - but I buy my last pack on the 20th March - I'm giving up, I've already started to stop - gone from 7 a day to 5 a day, then to 3 a day - It's getting better, and it can only do so.
Good tip: If u slow down, cigs get kinda stale and note nice 2 smoke, good way to stop.  | |
