Gonna try to stop arguing about things i am not sure of

Like the war in Iraq. Only the top people and the people fighting really know whats going on over there. I find it funny how i tend to gravitate to those who give information i feel comfortable with. There is always an ounce of truth from either side and yet i find myself always on one side of the fence. Why do we choose sides on issues when we really don't have any solid information? In other words i'm gonna really test myself to be open minded.

Because when you get older you reach for different things in life. To increase your reach means you have to open your mind. Otherwise you grow up old and bitter and closed minded(and probably lonely).

Reminds me of the proverb "Truth is the safest lie"...Always thought that was pretty profound. nod

As they say, the mind is like a parachute--it works best when open. The beautiful truth of life is that we alter our destiny by altering our thoughts...and to that end, the mind is our most crucial resource.

see, that sounded convincing until u started singing that song...that evil song made me realise the roses need more MANURE to grow, so somebody has suffered, as I have suffered with those words that triggered the memory of said evil song - therefore I am irritable. Ahh the yin and yang of life...

Can't stand her. She doesn't seem to realize that if every accused person is treated guilty, They become the victim, especially if they are in fact innocent.

the root of her attitude is this: she's say or "believe" anything and defend/"prosecute" anyone to get her fucking mug on TV. she's the Ann Coultier of lawyers.
