I am always satisified if i get my desirable 10-12 hours sleep (unless im goin thru one of my weird modes...where i wake up early for day on end feelin as bright as a button!) i usually get these during the weekends...and holidays..givin i'm not working full days.
When i dont get my rest...well you've seen my threads!!! I actually get sick if i don't get my sleep. ANd i get real sooky about it too!
