Anyway, I hate goodbye threads so if it all gets too annoying for me, I'll just go quietly. Not yet though - I'm hoping that good sense will prevail.

May I also add that the moderators here have tried so hard to get the balance right here, between over-moderating and letting conversation flow freely. I think a lot of what's happening here right now is taking their good work for granted ... and creating unnecessary work for them right now.

devote a thread, my life "is this" type threads, communal threads, it all makes it uninteresting for those who just come to share thoughts on things...so you get more of the personal and irrelevant and less discussion...
