go to YOUR ORG PROFILE
go to EDIT YOUR PROFILE

Then fill in the URL in the appropriate box.
Mind, it needs to be an internet address; you cannot download it.

post it on a website somewhere then paste the address in the URL to your picture: Note: the URL must begin with 'http://'... to work! box in your profile and it should work...
