To be honest/serious, though...when I was in Italy my brother and I ordered a pizza late one night at this small outside restaurant...they brought out a "pizza" that look exactly like the one Predominant posted. My brother and I just stared at it with expressions that said "WTF?"...lol...But I gotta admit, it was very good. | |

I do agree to some extent with those really greasy two foot in diameter East Coast Pizzas, the ones that give you heart failure just by looking at the menu - . But to quote my good lady wife, they taste really good...but thats not pizza!
The Chicago ones are just bullshit 
It's in the bread seee. The dough has to be cooked in stone ovens at about 600 C, with the smell of woodchips smouldering round them. The way it looks is no reflection on the way it tastes, mm mmm mmm

Chocolate is my favorite food  but Pizza is my favorite food food! I've loved it ever since I can remember. I think I have it at least once a week. Most times I improvise and make my own. There's always mozzarella cheese in my fridge. And I can't tell you how many times I've written "Piazza" (one of my favorite ball players) instead of Pizza. I did it twice in this post alone! | |
