im sure my lungs dont look like that  Nicotine is VERY addictive. Even images like this fail to stop people smoking, as sad as it sounds.

Carrie, when you get a nic fit, drink some cold water..it helps the urge go away, and it flushes your system. Worked when I needed to not smoke! Or, wellbutrin..that is supposed to work very well. | |

ok i have never smoked but everything tastes shit after brushing your teeth so that's my suggestion apart from the obvious clean teeth, u can play with your toothbrush that will satisfy the physical thing ..

I actually took a wellbutrin last night and it helped. Also made me very tired! I'm much better today...thanks guys.  | |
