CABIN FEVER sux!!! Save Your Money I can't believe how bad this movie was. The trailer looks good, but thats about it. Bad plot, bad acting, bad editing, scenes come from nowhere and make no sense, animal cruelty, gay slams, idot dialog, hickville cliche, f word so many times i quit counting. Stay far away. Not even rental worthy. And I thought I was getting in for matinee price and it was freaking $9.50!!! And I love horror movies. I thought this one would be smart, using the flesh eating virus, but nooooo. Low budget = bad movie

Yes, the one I saw where the girl is in the bath tub shaving her legs and the flesh starts coming off, then it shows her back!!! that made me want to see it right there. ---------------------------------

Indeed Aaron. jthad, you said the editing was bad. Didn't you see the T.V. trailer? They tried to hide the STORY for Gods sake! Sign 78 that you're obsessed with Prince: You buy a John Prine album- just out of curiosity.

I enjoyed the movie. I liked the nod to Last House On The Left. Eli Roth used a couple of the songs from that film on Cabin Fever. It had a George Romero feel to it(The Crazies)and it was very Lynchian. Even using Angelo Badalamenti for the score and having some quirky characters in it. Especially the party cop. Eli Roth worked for David Lynch at one time. Good film! Peace and Love!

it was okay...just okay.
re: angelo badalamenti. those were scores from previous movies that the director tagged on in hopes of getting a distribution deal...sorta cool that he was allowed to keep the songs as part of the movie cause i think it added way much more to the film then the actual run of the mill score that was used... if you take the film as a tongue in cheek homage to the slasher genre, then it was cool...i almost bought into it if not for the horrid..HORRID ending...but up to that point it was a good film... Space for sale...
