Never to Young to die

Does anybody remember this movie staring John Stamos( formerly uncle Jesse from Full House) and Vanity ? This was one of my favorite movies 2 watch growing up, I use 2 watch it constanly. It was the only good look at Vanity I had, besides the movie the last dragon... I honestly believe Vanity could've went far in2 her career, if she had made the right choices and work with the right people who really cared, however she phuck it up from bad drug abuse and a having a bad diva attitude disbelief...

Who else loved this movie besides me ?

Dunno if I loved it, but I did see it once. I thought Vanity's best movie was 52 Pick-up. Her best vocal performance was in Action Jackson - Jesse Johnson produced those tracks and he got a better performance out of her than Prince ever did.
I remember seeing Vanity lipsynch "Undress" on an MTV show and telling the host of the show that she was working on an entire album with Jesse. It's a shame that it never materialized.
I think it's a pity that she got lost to drugs and then found God and gave up on her acting career. She wasn't a great actor by far, but she certainly had the all-important charisma. The movies she was featured in certainly got progressively better, but then she disappeared, before she could really take off.

I kinda miss Vanity. I certainly miss Vanity 6. I thought they were a really cool concept. I liked Brenda too. Susan really didn't do much for me, but the other two were cool.

I remember watching their three videos at the military office where I was working in '89 and suddenly I had all kinds of gorgeous soldier guys in there watching it with me. Gosh, what a great guy magnet, they were biggrin
