I try to stay away from people like that. When they come to me with that fake smile, I'm cold towards them. I'll tell them upfront I don't want to deal with them and that I think it's a good idea that they should just keep their distance.

There R plenty of ppl like this. The best plan is 2 stay away from them. These type ppl really hurt U, as they R good at being 2 faced & do lots of damage. When I have come across ppl like this, I TRY 2 confront them, ( they usually lie though ) get it out in the open & show them I dont like it. If it doesnt work, STAY AWAY!
