Depend on what that Something is. If somebody sexually touches somebody else and it is not welcomed well that's Inappropriate. Reaching out and taking something meaning Stealing? That's also a crime and a moral issue now isn't it?.

possessions than yes, go for it. But when you are
talking about another human being, the want has
to be mutual in order for you to take it otherwise
