I think that is just false. Nobody likes to be manipulated. Sure, men are more free in our society to be positive about sex, and to seek sex outside of a "serious" relationship, but I think they'd much prefer that women just be honest about what they want.

I think you also ignore a majority of men who want emotional intimacy along with physical intimacy, and who are just as hurt by being used for sex as women are. If that is less common that the opposite scenario, I think it is due to the fact that women feel less free to seek sex for its own sake, not because men are less inclined to desire emotional intimacy.

You cant blame just the guys, I'm sure there are alot of women that do it too.

I would think that any Woman could get Sex just by going to a Nightclub with no underwear on. A few drinks and all. I seriously Doubt that any Red-blooded Male would Scoff at any Woman so Eager to Give It up so Easily.

Hmmm, I think that there are some people who are so focused on having sexual needs met, that they really don't care what territory goes along with it. Sounds like you and I wouldn't want manipulation, or manipulate for sexual means. I agree with you that I did overlook a percentage of men that want emotional and physical intimacy. I guess each person has different needs and the needs aren't bad no matter what the needs are, it is the way in which the needs are attempted to be met, that can sometimes be destructive. Also, when a person confuses their own needs for just sexual needs, when they may have been about emotional needs also, and so when the sexual needs are met, the person goes away with emotional needs still not met. I think this topic is fascinating and very very deep. I suppose, only by getting to know people, can one know what a man or a women wants and needs in their life. And who is any one person to say that what those wants or needs are wrong? It is the way that people get them met that meets disapproval. And I bet, that it's also fear of being on the receiving end of that, or unresolved issues of having been on the receiving end, that causes some hasty judgements about the same or opposite sex.
