they say your supposed to drink lots of water before you go to bed and that stops the hangover from happening, because all a hangover is, is dehydration.

But I have found a couple of shots the next day help

Lot's of Water,Stress Vitamins B-6 and C ,sleep and maybe some Tylenol.

Also...I have found that if you can stay awake till your buzz is gone that sometimes helps.

Also...before you go to bed make yourself drink a big glass of water and take some tylenol or advil.

When you are hung over it is a sign that you did not drink enough or that you need to drink more

Drinking a lot of water before you sleep does help too.

before bed:

water.
1 sleeve of SODA crackers aka Saltines.
1 tylonal/advil/ headache removal pill.

when you wake up:
More water:
bannaners
eggs.
coffee
and a shot of whatever you had the night before.
