I've been dying to try some. I read that the "real" Czech stuff is crap, but that the wormwood-free Herbsaint is pretty decent. I need to track some down.

I'm all for stylish drinks that involve sugar and frilly little spoons.

I'm not a drinker...but I was in the liquor store the other day and spotted a bottle of ABSENTE, which is like a "new" absinthe.
