The US Government has just signed into law a bill that will force all Iced Tea Selling Skeletons to give up 1/3 of their Iced Tea product to those "less fortunate".

Since I am Iced Tea deprived, I would be considered one of those "less fortunate". Now, gimme some Iced Tea you ungreatful, evil, rich, Iced Tea selling skeleton!
