Yummm! I love to cut up bunches of different vegetables, put them in tin foil and let them cook slowly on the grill...

I'm as far from a veggie as u can get, but this I love to do, both in the oven and on the grill, simple and delicious:

De-seed as many red peppers as u want and slice them into four parts each. Dip the slices in olive oil and salt them liberally. Put them on the grill and watch them carefully, turn them around after a bit. When the peel blackens and lets go they're done, peel them and enjoy.

dude, grilled pineapple is the bomb, put a brown sugar glaze on 'em and throw 'em on the grill... drooling

beyond that, you can stuff some bell peppers with sauteed rice, onions, garlic and eggplant, wrap 'em in tinfoil and throw 'em on the grill...it's like heaven in a pepper!

Baby Back Ribs.

a bar b q is the one place you are allowed to eat meat. it says so in the handbook! i couldnt turn down baby back ribs if god himself came down and told me that eating them would force me to go to eternal damnation.

then there are beans whofarted

actually. potato salad is always at a barbq. grilled Zuchinni is awsome with a little olive oil, parmesian and oregano. Tomotoes are good grilled with olive oil, FRESH parmesian and basil. Soak some corn in the husk in water for a while then grill it. cut up a potato and an onion, make a bag out of tin foil, add salt, pepper, spices and olive oil close the bag and grill.

or you can always make some sort of pesto and put it on a pita... mmm...pesto.

Moonwrap

Bombay potatoes! nod

Cut potatoes into skewer sized pieces. Part boil so insides are still firm...

In sunflower oil, fry together spices (madras curry powder is great) with chopped onions...

Skewer the potatoes and then coat with the spice and onion mixture.

Pop on the barbeque with vegetable skewers..

...vegetables like courgette, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, aubergine and mushrooms and onion and lengths of sweetcorn!

A feast!
