The other day I went over to a friends house, ( I had never been there before,) I was totally grossed out when I used the bathroom. It was so dirty that it looked like the toilet has not been flushed for years. The smell was so strong that I almost barfed.

I did not touch anything and just left the bathroom. I only stayed in the house for a moment, then went home because I was so grossed out.

The strangest part is that these people have always made fun of me about being a neat freak.

My home is clean, tidy and very hygienic, however there maybe a few too many shoes scattered about or bills that havent been filed away. I am not a neatness freak, my home isnt minimalistic, should I say, but it is clean.

I am not a neat freak but when i do my "down and dirty" cleaning, i like to have things in a certain place and i tend to get a little anal about things!

BTW I crack up at people who put one of those Vanish toilet bowl cleaners in thinking that since the water comes out blue they don't need to clean the toilet and that does the job.

My apartment it spotless. I especially go on a cleaning frenzy whenever I know people are comin over. The bathroom is really important. I think that says alot about a persons own hygene.

There's usually a slight smell of bleach in my apartment at all times, cuz I wipe down everything with that all purpose cleaner w/bleach stuff, constantly.

My mom spoiled me with a super clean house my whole life, so now my apartment has to be the same way.

Yeah, true, it does say alot. They live like slobs, I had never been to their house and I will never go back. The whole house needs to emptied and cleaned from top to bottom.

I feel sorry for the landlord that has to clean that horrid mess after they leave.
