I just got my first review at work! They love me! They think I'm great! They have no idea I'm here so much!!!
DAMN, I'm GOOD!!! I've only been here 3 months and have "proven to be a fast-learner, very organized and self-motivated". So I get a 25 cent raise now and then another 25 cents in another 3 months. But my supervisor said she is going to push for a bigger raise for me! YAY! I wanted to make more to start and this job is really stressful and overwhelming sometimes. I'm glad they thought of giving me more money before I brought it up. I've been wanting to mention that I'm underpaid since I started here. Yipeee! | |

It's nice to get raises like that, since before I left my last job, they did not give us raises for the last 2 1/2 years due to the awful economy. Getting a raise makes you feel good, and also lets you know that your boss appreciates you for a job well done.  RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |
