A question for the female orgers...do you know when you're ovulating? I've heard many of my girlfriends saying that they know...how is it that you can tell?

Basically, you ovulate before you'd be about to menstruate. If you're on a regular cycle and are in tune with your body you can just sorta tell.

Start tracking your menstrual cycle (use a calendar and mark it). Start on the day you start your period, that's Day 1. Then when you start your next period, go back to Day 1 of the last period and count how many days from Day 1 of the last period to Day 1 of the current period. Usually women have cycles between 28-33 days long, give or take. Ovulation usually occurs in the middle of your cycle--day 14 if you're on a 28 day cycle or about day 16 if you're on a 33 day cycle. However, if you're really stressed out or have very irregular periods you may ovulate on a different day. You can ovulate during your period, even, although that's very unlikely...
