Maybe because their wise old grandma instructed them not to answer the door for s-t-r-a-n-g-e-r-s.

I don't believe that frightening fearful Big Foot really exist (afterall, there is no scientific evidence that he does), but it's likely that it was him who creeped into my bedroom lastnight and made me come in my sleep, why else would I have had that wetdream. It was Big Foot who did it! lol

Strangely enough, there is MUCH more evidence for the existence of Bigfoot than there is for god.

Your story is every bit as believable as stories people tell about god speaking to them.

I never told her such a thing. angel

Neither did God!

As I mentioned before, it is 100% exactly as likely that god spoke to this person as anyone else in history and her story is every bit as valid as any other story where someone has been mentally ill and believed that god spoke to them.

You win Tony! rolleyes Have fun!

Right... that is the proper way to debate the issue.

It is convenient to disbelieve when anyone says that god told them to do anything that you don't agree with and believe everything that people say if it is warm and fuzzy. The very real fact is that it is 100% exactly as likely that god spoke to this woman as anyone else and it is impossible to prove otherwise. Saying that this woman could not possibly have been spoken to by god also invalidates any and all claims that god has spoken to anyone else, as there is no evidence in any case where some delusional person has claimed that god spoke to them.

Do you believe that god has spoken to any human in the past? If so, why do you not believe this woman? What makes the warm and fuzzy stories credible while the woman's story is so unbelievable to you? I submit that anyone who believes that god speaks to them is mentally ill.

I have to agree with Ice... Has anyone seen FRAILTY? An interesting take on "God told me to kill"...

Rent it, watch it, and see if IceNine doesnt have some validity to his point.
