John Mara should be unhappy with himself. He set all this dysfunction in motion. It all started when Mara fired Tom Coughlin and kept Jerry Reese. From Reese to Gettleman, it was one bad personnel move/draft pick after another. For me, the worst was trying to win & rebuild at the same time when Eli was past his prime (which I guarantee Mara had a hand in). I was so ticked when they drafted Saquon at #2, instead of going for Josh Allen(QB), and drafting Nick Chubb in Round 2. And for whatever reason, the front office can't put together a quality O-Line, regardless of who's in charge. It's been shaky since Eli's waning years. He has be patient, and let Schoen & Daboll finally get rid of Gettleman's crap and start afresh with their own guys.
