I get charlie horses randomly. Sometimes I get them while walking, and I just fall to the ground. They're awful! | |

I thought this was going to be about cocaine and heroin. 
When i'm trying to sleep I sometimes get a nervous twitch where an area of skin somewhere like my arm twitches like crazy, you can see the muscle pulsing sometimes! that's really freaky and annoying when your trying to sleep. |
