Scary but not gory movies?

Anybody have a suggestion for a good scary movie that I can rent tonight? I don't like lots of blood or gore so it has to be scary but not gross. I'm normally not a scary movie fan, so chances are I haven't seen any movie you might be thinking of. Thanks for the help!

The Changeling...a great and very scary haunted house movie w/ George C Scott. Its not gory at all. This thing scarred the crap out of me when I 1st saw it.

It's definetely not gory and, if truthful, probably not the scariest of movies, but I'd recommend My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

don't know if I'm going to believe that any movie with the phrase "chainsaw massacre" in it isn't gory! You aren't trying to give me nightmares are you!!

No no, rainbowray is correct. The film's sometimes unbearably tense, totally shocking, but has virtually nothing in the way of blood and guts.

The Shining
The Changeling (a good one I'd forgotten)
The Wicker Man (more fascinating than scary)
The original Carnival of Souls (scary in the vein of Twilight Zone)
Night of the Living Dead (restrained gore)
Blair Witch (though I hated it), may trip you out if you easily succumb to suggestion
Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Stepford Wives
Rosemary's Baby
Sixth Sense
The Sentinel, maybe
It (the TV miniseries)
Nosferatu or Cabinet of Dr. Caligari (B&W, silent, some scary sh*t)
Grafitti Bridge

feeling ill too scary for me!

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I actually got side-tracked last night and didn't make it to the video store, but I plan on going tonight. I haven't completely made up my mind yet, but I think I'm leaning toward "The Ring".
