Batman Artist

Comic book artist Marshall Rogers was one of the celebrated Batman illustrators in the mid-1970s.

Though I've no idea if Prince was a fan of his work, when I look at his Gotham City drawings I can
hear the purple one's Batman soundtrack in my head. https://crimereads.com/pu...ll-rogers/

I really liked the 1970s Batman, and especially the 1970s version of Bruce Wayne who spent more time in that penthouse instead of Wayne Manor and the old Batcave. Marshall Rogers, Jim Aparo and Neal Adams reinvented Batman. I still read those old comics from time to time.
