Shmigadoon - TV show. Anyone watching this on Apple TV? It’s hilarious. Great for people for love OR hate musicals. If the milk turns out to be sour, I aint the kinda pussy to drink it! |

I watched the first episode and it was pretty funny. I don't have AppleTV+ so I may have to find other ways to watch it. There are so many musical references just in the music. You can hear things like "Ding Ding Ding goes the trolley..." and "...Oklahoma..." in the opening number of the first episode. Just musical phrases and rhythms that are quite intentional. I'd say the composer for the show really walked a fine line of "tribute" and "infringement." Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking. |

The show was super fun. Not sure what they'd do for a season 2, so maybe the first season will stand on its own. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking. |
