I just watched it, and I have no idea what happened. There was a shark, a starfish with a bad attitude, some guy with jump drives coming out of his head. And Milton.

I really don't know what to think of this. Thoughts?

I think the director (James Gunn) tends to make movies about less known & obscure comic book characters rather than just Joker or Lex Luthor like most do. He did Guardians Of The Galaxy and the general public didn't know who they were. I don't think that comic book was even popular with comic fans until the movies.

I streamed it last night and it was a blast. I like comic book shows and movies, though I didn't know most of these characters.

I'd agree. The streaming was just as interesting. I mean, how big do you need to see a mutant starfish anyway?

I thought it was awful .. Harley Quinn the cartoon that has 2 seasons is pretty great tho!

Loved seeing it on the big screen. I was surprised it was more bodily/gory than the Harley Quinn movie from early 2020.

Remember when The Joker went to the museum and played "Partyman" by Prince, then met with Vicki Vale because he loved her journalist coverage of the corpses of Corto Maltese? I don't read comics but that helped tie it in to Batman/DC for me.

I have a good number of the 1st series Justice League of America comics starting with #45, so I have this one as well. It was great seeing them go back to a silver age villian like Starro.

Better than the first one, still not very good. Had some better characters, but a couple of the ones I really liked were killed. Interested in checking out the John Cena spin-off. In the end it felt like exactly what it was; the guy who made the Guardians of the Galaxy movies playing with some other characters who weren't required to stay alive.

Think I have all the issues from 1977-1984. Pretty much my favorite line up of the Justice League of America

I think I read it was 2hrs 15mins long or something like that. More isn't always more, and that seems too long for a film like this. What happened to the art of a solid 90 minute movie? ...

There is always the-way-old-school "intermission" where you could get up, go outside and drag on a fag after the first hour

I haven't seen a movie with an intermission since the late 1900's. You would just miss the movie now.
